His experience as a former public servant in relevant institutions, such as the National Institute of Agrarian Reform (INRA Nacional), the Ministry of Rural Development and Lands (Mdryt), FUNDEMPRESA, and the Directorate of Plurinational Notaries (DIRNOPLU), has allowed him to contribute significantly to the development and application of public policies in crucial areas for the country.

The Plurinational Legislative Assembly of Bolivia and the Civic Committee of the Plurinational State of Bolivia have granted well-deserved recognition to Lic.
