Rafael Jorge S\u00e1nchez Soruco is a prominent Bolivian jurist and academic with a solid background in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure. Graduated with honors, he obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s (UMSA), an institution recognized for its prestige in legal training in Bolivia. Mr. S\u00e1nchez Soruco's professional career has been distinguished by his dedication and service to Bolivian society. His experience as a former public servant in relevant institutions, such as the National Institute of Agrarian Reform (INRA Nacional), the Ministry of Rural Development and Lands (Mdryt), FUNDEMPRESA, and the Directorate of Plurinational Notaries (DIRNOPLU), has allowed him to contribute significantly to the development and application of public policies in crucial areas for the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
